Often after the girls have gone to bed, when I finally get to sit down to relax, I feel like something sweet. But I don't want to use the Thermomix in case I wake the girls (I certainly can't risk that!). I'm tired and I want something simple to make. Well tonight I just mixed together all the yummy things in my kitchen and it was awesome!
2 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs almond milk2 mashed bananas
1 tbs natural peanut butter
1 tbs organic honey
1 tbs cacao powder
Mix almond milk and chia seeds, leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Combine bananas, peanut butter, honey and cacao powder.
Combine banana mixture with chia seed mixture, until mixed through.
Serves 2.
